Torabhaig is a Scottish distillery on the Isle of Skye (the same island as Talisker). They started distilling in 2017, so a 7-year-old is among some of the older stock.

From Living Souls' website:

A sip takes you to a late summer BBQ by a misty Scottish loch, where the scent of smoked ham hangs in the cool air and laughter echoes off the hills. Flavours of burnt sticky marshmallows and roasted almonds fill the air, creating a sweet and savoury contrast that lingers. This is a dram made for long evenings, full of flavour and lively conversation.
